Delivery Terms

1. Regular Deliveries

We commit to providing our customers with deliveries every two weeks from the Amazon. The specific delivery date may vary based on logistical factors and will be communicated to the customer in advance. In principle, a shipment is sent on the 1st and 15th of each month; it then arrives at our distribution center in the Netherlands between 4 and 5 days later. Subsequently, your order will be sent to your address within 2 days at the latest, and you will receive a tracking code. Should there be any deviation from this process for any reason, you will be informed.

2. Ordering Procedure

Orders must be placed at least two days before the scheduled delivery date to be included in the next delivery cycle. Orders received after this deadline will be moved to the following delivery cycle.

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depend on the customer’s location and the total weight of the order. These costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. Within the ordering process, you will see the costs, which is the total amount for the shipment from Suriname to our distribution center in the Netherlands and ultimately to your destination within Europe.

4. Return Policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. The costs for returning products are at your expense. To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service for a return authorization number and further instructions.

5. Conditions for Return

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will initiate a full refund for the product value. Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we ask you to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt for a suitable solution.

8. Changes to Delivery Terms

We reserve the right to change these delivery terms at any time. All changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review our delivery terms.
